Damian Cook is our front man on the Kelley Covey housing team. The housing team undertakes soil testing and site classification, design and detailing of housing foundations and structures for new homes and alterations for existing homes. At Kelley Covey we provide over 300 home design in our region per year.
The recent Government Housing Construction push has rendered the team extremely busy trying to meet the contract deadlines and ensuring our builders in the Tamworth and Armidale areas are able to keep on track with their clients’ demands.
Our designs range from small cabins to large homesteads. Our designs also include mixed construction which include, concrete, precast concrete, steel, exposed timber, natural rock, earth walls, large glass facades, integrated pool, roof top gardens.
